Animated GIF QR — test (v4 — fixed library loading)
Important: this page uses a modern JS module import, which some browsers block when a file is opened directly from your hard drive (a file:// address). If it still doesn't work, try deploying it as a real Cloudflare Pages site (same as we did for the marketing site) instead of double-clicking it locally.
Upload a GIF, and every frame gets the same mosaic treatment as the static artistic QR — producing an animated QR code. Remember: this is a digital-only novelty for social media / web use. A printed physical label can never animate, so this is not for product packaging.
Heads up: processing every frame of a GIF is much heavier than a single image. Larger/longer GIFs will take real time to process and may produce a large output file. Keep source GIFs short (a few seconds) and small in dimensions for best results.

Scan a single still frame with your phone (pause the GIF or screenshot one frame) to confirm the QR data reads correctly.
